Job Description:

• Develop and maintain systems for Sales Management, Retail Chains, Tax Exemption, and E-invoicing.

• Build business applications, web applications, and multi-tiered client-server systems.

• Design and develop POS systems, handheld devices (Windows Compact, Android), and RFID solutions.

• Develop AI/AR solutions (new development direction).

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in software development.

Core Knowledge: OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Clean Code/Architecture, Dependency Injection, Unit Testing, Asynchronous Programming, RESTful API.

Web Development:

• Backend: C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, Web API, NodeJS, TypeScript

• Frontend: React, TypeScript

Database: MySQL, MS SQL, SQLite

Mobile Development:

• Android with Kotlin

• Additional Skills (Nice to have):

• Thermal printer knowledge and integration(TEC, Sato)

• Handheld devices(Keyence, Panasonic)

• RFID systems

• VB.NET, Windows Compact, POS development

• AI/AR development experience

Revit Add-in Developer:

• Experience in developing Revit add-ins

• Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework

• Understanding of Revit API and its mechanisms

• Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) for user interface development

• Understanding of BIM processes and industry standards

• Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities

AI Developer:

• Good programming skills (Python)

• Understanding of software packaging and deployment

• Familiarity with application performance optimization techniques

• Interest in edge computing and on-device AI

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to learn specialized AI deployment frameworks

• Basic understanding of software architecture concepts

Language Skills:

• English: Able to read documents and communicate

• Japanese: N3+ is an advantage

Tools & Process: Git, Agile/Scrum.

• Strong independent working skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
